Introduction Module
Modern law firms are faced with more choices, challenges, and opportunities in building their legal businesses and practices. This requires more than a cursory appreciation for what a successful law practice requires - it demands a toolkit, mindset, and an intention that leads the firm on the designer's journey. Meanwhile, the experience economy is training all of us (as consumers) to crave seamless experiences across all the analog, tech, and human touchpoints that businesses use to attract us, sell to us, deliver to us, and retain us. Digital transformation is making this more of a reality while increasing pressure on businesses to look beyond just technology and into how we, as humans and businesses, need to interact with the technology.
